Starting a new fitness program is challenging, especially when you are unsure how and where to begin and which exercises to perform. Our testing goals are to collect health baseline data, which can be used to develop fitness goals and training programs, and to use as comparison for future testing evaluations. We have three main assessment services for you to choose. Explanations of each of these services are listed below. Read through the information, and then make a health-conscience decision as to the assessment service that will provide you with the most effective results.

*May be required to obtain physician clearance prior to assessment appointment.
How to set up a Fitness Assessment
- Stop by Membership Services and purchase the assessment service of your choice.
- Fill out the Fitness Assessment Intake Form and return to Membership Services promptly.
- You may also fill out the assessment form online - it will be emailed to our staff directly.
- Clients will be contacted within 2-3 business days after we receive the intake form to schedule your appointment.

Policies
Length of Sessions
As needed, 1-hour sessions will include 55 minutes of exercise programming and 30 minute sessions will include 25 minutes of exercise programming. The remaining time will be used to answer questions, review skills and confirm next appointment. Please note that full fitness assessments may take 90 minutes to complete.
Fitness Assessment Cancellation Policy
To cancel an appointment, contact the personal trainer directly, at least 4 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting the session.
Duet, Trio and Group Training Cancellation Policy
In the event that one partner(s) is not able to make a scheduled appointment, there are two options available: (1) reschedule the group appointment for an alternate day/time at least 24 hours in advance OR (2) keep the regularly scheduled appointment and all partner(s) will be billed for the appointment regardless of attendance.
Late Policy
Personal trainers will still honor the appointment in the event a client is late; however a session that begins late will end at the originally scheduled time.
Expiration Policy
All personal training sessions/packages expire one year from date of purchase.
Refund Policy
All sessions/packages are non-refundable, unless a medical issue verified by a written note from a licensed practitioner. If dissatisfied with services, a client may request a replacement trainer through the Assistant Director, Fitness Programs.
